Good luck mate, you're going to have a tough time. Since wanting to replace my 550 with an M5, I've been able to get a brand new build at around $1,100/mo, no MSDs. BMWs rates these days are just ridiculously low.

Yes, that's true. The shorter term will certainly appeal to someone.

GLWS.

Don't mean to thread jack, but:

Don't see how this is possible without a substantial downpayment or MSDs.
If they were giving money away for free, $1,100 still doesn't seem attainable for a $90k+ car. Care to elaborate?

VERY attainable nowadays

My quoted monthly rate will be less than $1,150/ month for a reasonably loaded ED '15 M5 (Executive Package, Individual Leather & Trim, etc) Dealers like Steve Thomas sell right near invoice.

when i was leasing the car, i paid invoice price.
this was 2 years ago when m5 was newly released in the US.
On top of that, my car has almost all options, I have 12K miles a year and my out of pocket was less then $2K.

at the end of the day, i have 12 months left and you cannot lease or rent a m5 for 12 months at a price of $1445 per month.

I understand and def makes sense since you got the F10 M5 first launched.

I was merely replying to IM1Z who questioning whether/ how it is possible go get in the $1100/ month range for an M5. I was surprised at first too.

Sorry to thread jack. Good luck with the sale.

thanks, i was just explaining my situation

actually if you do ED, have 10K miles a year, do MSD's and put some money down, i am sure you get to those levels..

for your information, nationwide lease average of M5 is $1490 according to swaplease.com
