"Frozen" (matte) Singapore grey? Opinions?

Anyone have an opinion how this would look? Is the paint too subtle to pull off a matte look without looking like a wrap? Will it just end up looking like a dull grey? I haven't seen many matte paints in person aside from the ubiquitous black, so I'm not sure how to visualize this.

Of course, some of you don't like matte paint in general, so this question doesn't apply to you

Send a PM to stealth.pilot. He has a frozen grey M5 and would be the best guy to help you.

Right. stealth.pilot's frozen grey is probably as close to the color you're going after would look like. Here's some pics of his car: http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=900509

Im guessing Frozen Singapore Grey would be a bit darker. Would love to see it in person, I think it'll look awesome.

I am interested to see the outcome. I think it would be pretty cool compared to regular matte gray, with the bluish/green hues.

that Audi link was a great help because it lead me to the matte daytona gray, which is a factory finish. The "matte'd" meteor grey looked a bit off to me, but then i read that it was a wrap.

I think daytona grey might be a closer match to singapore grey, which is a hair darker, but a far more brilliant color under proper lighting.

My main concern with a matte SG is falling into "frozen black" territory. I personally hate the way frozen black looks. Frozen grey (which is basically space grey with a matte clear) looks amazing, but I wanted to go with something a bit darker with a lot of metallic flake. "frozen" Singapore grey seemed like the next best option

Frozen usually looks better on lighter colors, IMHO.

You have interesting setup, initially I was going to take SG with Amaro + black contrast stitching but 30J came along

Frozen cashmere with black extras instead of chrome is stunning

Yes, Ive ordered mine with special-order black chrome grills, direct from BMW Individual. I prefer OEM products.
