Awe vs akrapovic exhaust

I currently have the awe exhaust and wondering if it’s worth it to change to the akrapovic full exhaust. I’d get it second hand. Would the difference be noticeable enough to justify the extra cost. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have the MPE which is basically the same as Akra, is it worth it? Well, M5 safety car uses it which speaks of its quality but unless you plan to tune the car, the exhaust itself doesn't improve the performance nor does it sound as loud as other exhaust, if that's what you care about.

IMO I feel like for the weight difference alone it's worth it, I've had both the Akrapovic and the M performance and I honestly feel like these full titanium exhaust sounds better than most mufflers out there. Just so you know since your buying used the the f10 m5 and the m6 gran coupe uses the same exhaust.

Thanks guys for the feedback. Like many others on here, I've spent countless hours on youtube listening to the different exhaust and always find myself coming back to the akra full Tit system. But way above the sound, I like the weight saving and the fact its a full system and not just the axle back. I might just have to bite the bullet and get it haha

If you're looking for a full titanium system, have you looked at Agency Power? The build quality looks solid but you don't hear about it much here. I searched and only found a handful of posts. Sound is subjective imo so go with what you like. Weight savings alone on a full titanium system is

I have the MPE/Akra. It completes the car. The sound is so amazing, words cannot describe....

You just have to hear it in person when you drive under a bridge/tunnel.

^ I can’t wait man. Been lusting after this system for years. First on my m3 and now with the m5 so finally pulled the trigger on a second hand one. Hope deal goes through.

Akra is a great system and the exhaust note is just right IMO; even better if you can find it second hand.

I'll have an Akrapovic for sale relatively soon if anyone is interested. Complete exhaust from the downpipes back.
