Returning to bone stock...

FWIW.. when I turned in my car, I told the dealer it had been coded so all the normal nannies weren't there. He said no problem, it would be returned to stock if the next buyer wanted it... They also told me I could have left the painted reflectors on because a lot of people want them. After 8250 miles, including three laps on the 'ring, my tires were still at like 80%, so no charge!
Finally, they told me my car might not be sold right away because the pre-owned manager likes to drive the M's around a bit as his personal car before selling them...

I have same mileage and I don't think I have 50% left! Anyway, I won't blame the manager as this seems to be one of the perks of his job and honestly it will help them sell at asking price being more patient and car won't see any more depreciation in a month or so after putting 1k on the odo -

I've got to say, when I saw you had changed out the reflectors for stock, I had a big question mark over my head... I'd be surprised is 20% of dealers even noticed the painted ones. At any rate, mine (originals) are somewhere in a landfill...
