WARNING: Do NOT buy KW HAS springs
Just to share a story, I'm having a nightmare with my KW HAS springs purchased new.
Long story short, even after verifying all installation measurements, the passenger rear is sitting at the minimum specified height when I've adjusted the adjustment point to the maximum height. It is way off left to right (1 inch), and due to this, I cannot adjust my vehicle height at all and the rear is way lower than the front. Furthermore, KW hasn't been really helpful, indicating I must send them the spring to have it load tested before they send me another one. They won't even send me one first and have me send the defective one back (even if I offer to put my credit card down and have them charge it if there is no issue). Their warranty doesn't cover labor either, so right now I'm out an installation cost (two if I am forced to go back to stock). If anyone has any contacts at KW, I would really appreciate it. |

Hate to say this and I have heard before that installers have reversed the front and rear springs thus causing the exact issue you are having.
I have used KW HAS on so many cars and its always about reading the directions (not saying you or your tech didn't) but mistakes do happen and when they are reversed it leads to the uneven height.

Appreciate the offer to help. I've PM'ed you.
Looks like they're offering to replace the spring now without me having to send it back first if I put down a deposit (which is fine by me), but I'm still out labor even though it's defective right out of the box. It's pretty evident the spring rate is incorrect on the passenger side, since the sleeve heights are identical, and to balance things out the left/right adjustment point differs by almost an inch. |

I'm on the KW sleeve overs, no issues, sitting perfectly.

I had KW HAS springs few times. No issues at all, handles great and very comfortable. There are some items that need to be removed during the install to make sure it's installed properly.

Ya, well it's a spring rate issue. They say they're going to send me a new rear spring, but it sucks since I'm still out labor and it's an issue out of the box.

they'll not cover your labor fee?
if they believe it's their spring issue, don't they need to cover the labor? (at least, Dinan does covers the labor when I had some issue on previous my M3)
