Are is the side grill completely (plastic inner part) painted to match shadowline trim?

I'm not sure what type it is. I'm thinking 3m. The tint is 20 %. The side grills are gloss black surround and blue mesh. Nate can correct me if I'm wrong but shadowline trim is gloss black. So it matches.

Sweet. Those wheels are really really nice. I want a set. Question:: I remember awhile ago that when the Group M intakes came out, some said it made too much of a wind type noise. Is this the case with those?
