Rod bearing decision on my F10 M5

So my M5 F10 has a oil leak looks to be coming from the upper sump so while I’m re sealing the sump I want to do the rod bearings definitely going with ACL bearings question is do I order std size or oversize?

One guy in Scarborough was replacing the rod bearings for peace of mind and he was measuring before he ordered them, ended up getting standard ones as the old ones were hardly worn, you'll have to go back about 2-3 years to see it..I forget his name.

Thanks I did find a video online of a shop replacing bearings with std ACL’s and they stated they have slightly more clearance than OEM guess I’ll order std’s and check the clearances and go from there just seeing if anyone out there is deliberately using the oversized option
