Both, I kept asking for the tracking he got mad cussed me out, lied saying he shipped it multiple times, then finally after contacting PayPal they gave him a deadline date which was passed a month already, I received it and didn't have the bcm module and he started more crap saying he put it in there and offered 100 dollars back to call it good I ended up returning it to get my money back, about 2 month process back and forth

Damn this Sucks!!! Hence when i sell i always provide pictures to buyer and confirms everything before i ship the product and any buyer picture questions i answer it

I'm the asshole but you've said countless unnecessary things to me I've only discussed how the transaction went, I've said what I've had to say, it's up to whoever wants to get it if someone else decides to buys this from you, you didn't explain any emergency you only lied countless times saying you shipped it but didn't want to provide tracking, And you only offered 100 stop lying I still have the PayPal info in my email and account.
