Question - rear middle seat-belt on folding rear seats?

Apologies for the dull question, but would appreciate some advice - when I put the rear folding seats down the middle seat-belt on the inertia roller feads out & prevents an easy through load - I can't see a way of easily detaching the seat-belt on the fitting or in the manual - does anyone know how to do this?

You can detach it. It comes off at the seat base.
