I guess if you read it FAST you would miss the meaning ... can't put booster seats in back if there are no back seats!!!

I guess reading is secondary and sarcasm is a quick draw ... shoot first and think after

Ummm. I may be a bit slow. Limitations of an Oxford education. But what exactly is a "cabio"?

I'm pretty sure he meant cabrio, for cabriolet, but you already knew that.

The AMG GT S or GTR or GT C Roadster are out of the picture? I still can't say I like the stuck on iPad, but with a twin turbo V8 and coming from a car company that knows how to make cars that can do 50k miles a year I think it would be the best daily driver, gets you a twin turbo V8 and a transaxle as well that I know you want the next M6 to have

I am a Porsche guy, but the way I see a 458 is the same way a f80 M3 owner sees an e92 m3... The last of its kind.

Not in any order but thoughts the way you listed:

1. 570S- the best of the lot in performance from a roll. While the depreciation factor is unknown I have early reports that there are heavy discounts throw down already (circa 20k). But if you get this car you understand the loss in monetary value and the gain in intrinsic value. I would have considered this car if it wasnt so closely related to the Huracan in flash factor and I wanted V10 song.

2. 458-Great car, interior not so much (dated electronics, plastic feel), but F car says it all. Pricing will be good on resale but that means getting one is going to be more pricey and warranty is probably going to be out. While I liked mine alot, I didnt drive it enough and it too fell into the "flashy" category. But it was an honor to own one along with the FF.

3. GT3- Ill be honest, probably the one that got away from me too soon but I sold it for over msrp and got an equally amazing car IMHO= GTS. While shopping for the R8 I was considering this car but the used ones didnt excite me enough and in reality this is a track car that can be street driven. Its a 9/10ths car so you need to be on the rpms at all times to get the most out of it (which I liked but didnt always have the opportunity with traffic). The interior is classic Porsche but some dated electronics also. This car also holds its value well so you will pay a higher price up front for a used car.

4. R8- well duh!!! The all arounder, AWD which I love for grip launches turns. I have other cars for hooligan fun but this car just sticks. The Magneride is pristine, unbelievably comfortable for a car that sits so low and has such a sports car intent. The engine is amazing, the V10 response, roar, shreik, etc. Its just great and the last of the real NA cars out there being sold as new. The interior is fantastic, plush, sporty and the electronics, while not perfect, are still great and functional. I always felt my 2012 R8 had tremendous grip and this car is even better. The DCT is completely revamped and the tq splits are heavily rwd biased unless you need the grip. Its the daily driver Huracan without the dreaded understeer or the wildness that the H has. Its classy in looks and aggressive at the same time. Again this is a biased opinion because I just got it but I have owned 2 others above and they too brought much joy. This car just makes so much sense right now for me.
Thanks Vic. As usual very nice write up. I knew you would be a little bias but again very valid comments.

Re your m4... I'm with you and miss the M5 grunt over the M3. How about a few mods to release some more torques and ponies.. Vic can surely guide you in that direction too
I test drove 650 and MP4 and 570s.... I have no idea why 650 was the last in my rank, but it's a fantastic car with no doubt.
I would try some mods to change the taste

There are a lot of TTS vs R8 compare videos. Check them out.
It's very simple.... GT3 is RWD

Well I'm not an MB guy FOR NOW. I test drove AMG GTR S last summer. It's a nice car but couldn't give me the feeling I was looking for. GTR ? no thanks I'm not a boy racer anymore LOL. I still pick F13 M6 over all of these cars again

Well I say take a look at my signature. The R8 might not be the fastest of the bunch but it does so many things so darn well. I cancelled my 991.2 Turbo order to pick up a 17' R8. The sound of the NA V10 is intoxicating and you can actually drive this long distances without your ears ringing, back hurting or GF never wanting to ride in it again.

I think the 991 Turbo/ Turbo S should be on your list. Probably one of the best all around sports car out there that gets better as you put miles on it.

Thanks for chiming in and positive feedback about R8.
As far as 911TT/S, as I said I'm not a Porsche guy but if I want to chose, GT3 is a super sport car beside the high rev NA engine and RWD config.

I'd go 570s if it's between those 2.
