How to Store? What TO DO with Stock Exhaust?

So, I installed the full RPI GTM system on my car yesterday (it is the titties). Anyway, I know have 12 foot X 4 Foot of stock exhaust that my BMW mechanic is only willing to store for so long.

Would it be ok to cut it in half at the X pipe? Where should I cut it to make it more manageable?
