So does anyone here actually have ACC on an M5 or was that other poster wrong about that information?

Got it, thanks very much. Probably don't need it really since only time I use it is on long trips and the Land Rover or Q7 will be the far better vehicle for those long trips with the kids and stuff in back anyway.

I have owned a few of the current beasts and the priority options should be something like:

Exec Pack; Comp Pack; full leather; then Drivers Assist OR B/O; Night is last.

First 3 are a must. I've had DA in my last 3 Ms and only use blind spot. If you change lanes often you have to turn that feature off since it gets annoying. So your left with blind spot which is nice but not the end of the world if it's not there. Had full and extended leather and think that full adds a lot to the experience of riding in the car so it's worth the buy.

I had B/O and think if your not a classical music buff, HK works very well. Night is a gimmick and while I turned it on occasionally in case a few deer wanted to say hi, but I hardly used it and can be a distraction.

I know most of you think you should have all these for a high end car, but in the end, if you don't use them, they are not worth it even if it's $20 more a month. Classic money grab. Oh and for any one wondering if will help for trade/resale, dealers aren't giving you an extra 3Gs in value because it has blind spot. It just doesn't translate that way- unfortunately.
