Interesting Tyre info

Went on a bit of a road trip today and found the following

MPSS rear.

Temps all in Degrees C an don the same day as they tyres heat up.

Tyre temp around 15 -20 degC on normal driving with outside temps at Zero

0 to 3 Cant put any power down
3 to 5 as above
5 to 10 much the same with marginally more grip. difficult to quantify
10 to 15 step change in grip. can get a real good chunk of power to the road
15 to 20. amazing difference. I cant believe the difference a few degrees tyre temp can make. I can get all of 3rd to the road in damp conditions

I run my tyres at 32 PSi cold. checking the tyre temps with my infrared gun my tyres are with in 1 degrees across the whole tyre, going from that I would say 32psi is optimal for contact patch on the road. My rears have reduced camber as well which will help. Rear camber is -1 instead of -1.8ish
