Stick to MSR or Eventuri for intakes. I personally went the MSR route for everything and the car is a beast. Call George @ MSR and talk to him. He will help you out even if it's not the MSR route you decide to go.

I have been running MSR for over two years now with no issues, quality build sound and performance amazing, can't speak for eventuri but I know of quite a few forum members that trade their Gruppe for MSR, good luck and enjoy your new ride.

Jeezus.. Ok now I'm gonna start looking for muffler shops to do it.
What do you about the vacuum lines when you cut off the mufflers?
Any power loss?
Send me pictures of how to do the vacuum lines if you can. That would be awesome. So I can show the guys out here. How to do it.
Thank you

Yes that's my beast. The vacuum lines need to be plugged I used a washer a screw and some glue to plug the lines and stuck the lines up in the bumper..
Personally I would go downpipes first and move backwards for bang for buck on power.

The proper way is using a hose plug which you can get at autozone or Home Depot. I believe the hose size is 5/16. I picked up their full hose kit which was a few bucks and came in various sizes. Used the recommended adhesive and for added measures I took a hose clamp that is 1/4" and tighten it around the cap and hose.

Look up hose clamp and plugs and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Don't expect power from an intake, do it for the sound.

Cat less down pipes again are there mainly for sound - just note you may reveal your waste gate rattle that the OEM system was masking.

Why would you loose power from pluging the vacuum lines - they are there to operate the exhaust valves that are to control the loudness suffered from cold start - so no power loss from plugging the lines.

Be aware that some muffler deletes or afermarket systems drone like mad... if you are ok with this great chop and customise to your hearts content!

I can tell you if you dont plug the hose lines you will lose power..downpipes certainly give you more power.. With no cats the engine is far more free flowing.. None of us have cold start, it's not required if you don't have cats.. Cold start is on the car to warm the cats up.

@Eddybro if you aren't sure, try running the car with the hose clamps blocked and unblocked.. 13M5F10 and I experimented when I got my RPI and he had his turner exhaust.. We both noticed increase power with vacuum lines blocked..also was recommended by the guy who built my exhaust.

My research shows the following for max[power, $$$, bang]:

Drop-ins (bmc or k&n), flash tune, jb4 +bcm for 25psi and logging, downpipes, clutches, 1:10 e85, and meth (50/50 distilled water and pure meth from VP).

For handling and aesthetic purposes:

KW height adjustable springs, 21" wheels, 315/30 nitto or r888, rear diffuser, front splitter, spoiler, and black/c.f. trim. Sway bars are optional if you're comp pkg and a must if you're pre-LCI.

Edit: and a Yas Marina Blue wrap

That's going to be loud asf. I hope you're ready for that because it's going to be night and day. Do yourself a favor also get the active sound module turned off if you can. It makes a big difference once you have downpipes fitted.

I'm sure there is someone who does coding in your area.
