Any other suggestions? A little bit of information on my situation:

I bought the car in November of 2012 from Chapman BMW in Arizona, but the car has only been registered and titled in Texas. I have tried to contact BMW to work out a solution, but they flat outright rejected to compensate or work with me in any way. My car is still in the shop, with the same recurring issue, with no end in sight.

In the past 9 months I've owned the car, it has been in service over 16 times. I asked BMW for an extended warranty as compensation, and they have told me management has denied my request.

With lemon law, the applicable law is the law of the state in which the car was sold. So in your case AZ lemon law is applicable even if the car is registered in TX.

Lemon law governs the transaction, the registration is irrelevant. A transaction occurred in which you were sold a lemon in AZ.

Hey send me a PM, I have personal contacts at that specific dealership. I have had multiple issues with my M5 as well and because of that I was compensated. I also live in AZ and definitely want to help out a fellow M owner.
