Logic7 Equalizer Setting help from audio experts wanted

Hi everyone,

I'm just totally clueless when it comes to the equaliser setting on any audio system. I listen to mainly pop, easy listening and etc...no heavy metal, hardly classics (at least not in the car). Could you share your musical expertise with me and let me (or anyone else in the same situation as myself) know the typical equaliser settings you recommend? Thank you.

I have the non B&O system and I actually found my system sounds more pleasing to my ears with the Logic 7 turned off.
