Decided to hold off for now. I am thinking about keeping the 911 for now and place an order for the 488. I am all over the place, not sure exactly what I am going to do. It's about a 1.5 year wait.

Lol, probably will. I am going to take some time and think about this. I still really liked the McLaren.

Changed my mind again. Bought the 570s. Took it home today. Extremely impressed so far!

great buy! the 570 looks like a toy car sitting there next to your Merc GL

is the tech in the 570 more advanced than the 650s and im guessing its a bit lighter too.? when you tested the 650s and 570 was it back to back? can you feel the extra power of the 650s or is it negated due to its size and weight?

Lol, yes. I may still put a deposit down on the Ferrari since it's about 1.5-2 year wait.

It does look small next to the GL. It's so much lower than the 911. I think this car is only 4ft tall.

Tech I think is the same as the 650s. I was really concerned about the IRIS but so far so good. Bowers and Wilkins audio is OK so far, may need to break in.

650S's power delivery is a little different more turbo like. With 570S, they tried to make it more linear. I felt the difference straight away. 650S didn't feel faster. I am sure it is in a side by side race.

I'll do a full write up soon. Have you seen it in person? This car looks a little odd in pictures, much better looking in person.

Looks are subjective but to me it's a better looking car than the Huracan. I think 488 is better looking though.

With that said, this is the best performance car I've ever driven/owned. It's amazing how good this car is at this price point. It's also the fastest car I've ever owned. Now mind you that my experience isn't as deep as some other people here.

Too similar to what I already have. Also, I am trying to avoid turbos. McLaren V8 is a flat crank so it doesn't sound too bad. But the Turbo sponginess is still there.

Also, MClaren V8 revs extremely quickly. It's a great engine but Audi V10 in Lambo is more exciting. I've never owned a convertible so 650S Spyder would fulfill that. I don't like rag tops.

650S all day. Having owned both the 650S spider and the Huracan simultaneously, I will tell you that as much as I loved my Huracan, it would take me exactly 30 seconds to smile ear to ear when I hopped in the 650S.

That's cause you couldn't see what it looked like while in it LOLOLOL

I agree, the 650s outperforms the H car but you have to admit the H sounds and looks better.
