Probable boost leak? Please help

Recently have started noticing a considerable lower end lack of power..throttle response is sluggish and acceleration is relatively slow as am running straight pipes with no resonators and super sprint catless downpipes.. have eventuri Intakes..

No flaps on exhaust ..straight pipes ..

Car was mapped stage 2 which I had removed today but as yet still no error light has come up which I was expecting as have super sprint catless downpipes..presume it will come on after some mileage..

Had it serviced and specifically mentioned loss of power but nothing bought up on diagnostics and no visible leaks..

Had spark plug service done about 6 months ago and presume gapping was done to standard not tuned car..but would that have any bearing..

Hoping to rebook it into independent ..but where should I start from?

Any help advise suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

Any possibility of previous maps causing issues..can Ecu's be reflashed back to factory and if so how?

Thanks

I would start with checking to see if the vacuum lines that run to the stock exhaust valves were plugged and sealed properly after their removal?

This is a common problem with aftermarket mufflers with no valves.

Do you have vacuum Lines on both sides...?

Checked on one side and it's plugged

Vacuum lines are definitely on both sides.

Also make sure the one you did find is sealed completely air tight. Any leak at all would result in the symptoms you're describing.

Still ongoing issue..

Checked both vacuum lines and seals are tight..

Had another technician take a quick look whilst car was booked for MOT and he noticed a slight discolouring of a very small corner section of the intercooler on one side indicating I presume a possible leak..

He spray cleaned it and told me to bring it back after about a week and see if stain had returned and if so will take bottom cover of and investigate further..

In meantime is it possible its only a loose pipe as last year air conditioning rad presume was replaced under warranty..could they have dislodged something then?

Thanks

Had boost leak test but no issues found..

Speaking to another member who has similar setup .. straight pipes no resonators or backboxes and catless downpipes but only difference he has a Custum made X PIPE

Could that possible be a cause as I have straight pipes throughout

I am being told I have a minor boost leak as my logs from my tune are showing I am not hitting peak boost. I am fully straight piped too, with catless downpipes, resonator delete and muffler delete by fabspeed - where can it be coming from if all my lines off the coolant are new rubbers and everything else has been checked and there are no visible signs in the obvious places. Please advise anyone.

Hello, I have fully straight piped too and I have resonator delete and muffler delete so I have no valves but everything was plugged back as it should be... I also have a JB4 stage 2 tune and a few days ago after being at a car show and on the way home, I wanted to get on it a bit and it was like there was no boost... my gauges were reading in WOT 8psi and mostly 18psi and again that was at WOT... I normally hit the mid 20s easy especially running race gas or even a good octane booster... any piece of advice would be greatly appreciated because I know you are looking and may have already found the issue. I did look at all my connections and even around the turbos and inlet lines and see nothing obvious there... please help!
