I have a hard time believing that the M6 is faster than the new 991 TTS 100-300, especially when the 997 TTS could pull on the M6 and keep pace with 458 Italias from around that speed. But wow, the M6 stomped on the R8 and GTR when speeds got going. And M6 trapped more than 124mph on the 1/4 mile?!! 1/4 mile on the Porsche is quite absurd as well, what a monster.

Solid numbers on that M6. Love it. I honestly thought the new Porsche Turbo would be faster, still impressive though. I remember driving the non-Comp Pack M6 at the track and being a little afraid to go full throttle coming out of some turns where another turn was quickly coming up. Didn't really get that feeling in the M5, but still fast.

Wow, those rolling acceleration numbers are staggering. After they get going the M6 is actually gaining on the Porsche - hard to believe. I know that one of the big deciding factors for me buying the M5 was watching a stock M5 pull on a late model GTR from a roll on YouTube. I don't care about stoplight racing, too dangerous and show-offy for me. Just give me that afterburner thrust when I want to get around somebody. That being said, 0-60 in the new Turbo S must be a real thrill ride.

I believe he is referring to the in-gear acceleration figures Elastizitat:

60-100km/h in 4th gear
80-100km/h in 5th gear
80-100km/h in 6/7th gear

I recently had the pleasure of running a friend in his '14 M6 multiple times at speed. While I cannot comment on how it compares to specific cars, what I can say that car above 75mph is extremely, extremely fast. While the car will trap somewhere in the low 120s, for whatever reason 4th gear on up this car opens up like crazy. I would venture an educated guess that a car would need to trap in the high 120s to be able to hold up against an S63tu M6.

I was truly amazed at how fast that car gets in triple digit speeds. At 20-30 mph both power and traction are limited, so it was not as fast, but again... on top, it was very impressive.
