Congrats but....

In my e60, I always had to rev high and just got used to it thinking it was normal - the f10 turbo/torque monster of an engine is how performance cars should be.

First of all congrats to your new ride. Next, of course you had to rev the E60 high to get some power, but exactly that's what makes it so much fun. If I want to accelerate in every gear without having to shift I can drive a S65 AMG. I really miss this high rev engine concept at BMW. Now I have to get an R8 V10 instead or a F458....

again congrats... maybe you can upload a video or something!

Congrats!!!

I love Azurite Black!
It`s my fav colour and it offers so many shades of blue in different light conditions...

I like it in the sun and also like it in dull light...when it actually looks like the dark night sky an hour after sunset

It is ugly...but I think in a good way. With the ///M aerodynamic kit, it had that mean and aggressive look where as the F10 just has the refined look but can smoke you if you piss it off.

Hi, yes, that's what I have on order.

Do you really see some purple? BMW Canada told me there wasn't any... and I didn't see it when I saw one example in person, but the sun wasn't cooperating that day... Is it only under certain lighting...?

Your car looks so badass and classy, all in one.

The right amount of class and " dirtiness " in one ride. Simply stunning! Congratulations!

Congrats Phish the car looks great.

What really makes me laugh having spent some time in the car is all the people hating on:

1. active sound
2. lack of high revs
3. poor sound from the car

It is so wrong. You don't even notice the active sound, and the engine sounds magnificent. As for the lack of high revs, well the torque speaks for itself !

You've for me doubting myself now. I do think there is a tiny bit of purple but it's more blue for sure. I would say its 95% black, 4.5% blue, 0.5% purple. It's like a lovely inky black - the best colour :-)
