Passenger Seatbelt Rattle
Unless I position it just so, the passenger seat belt male end rattles agianst the side panel of the car when I hit bumps. Anybody else experience this? Any suggestions?

it has happened to me occasionally as well... you just need to make sure the male metal end is facing the seat and not twisted around to the plastic. If I were going to own my car for much longer, I would just do the alcantara mod avlnch did here:

Do we have a slide adjuster for our seatbelts? I had this issue incessantly in my C63, but I was able to change the level of the seatbelt and it helped out. I get it occasionally in the M5, but a simple reach over and pushing it back fixes it.

There is an adjuster and the lowest position seems to help - but not eliminate - the issue.

Yep, I would recommend doing the B-Pillar mod. It is just wrapping the leatherette (black plastic) in black alcantara. See the link B1 Pilot posted for photos and a parts diagram.
I found that it not only got rid of the seatbelt noise, but it makes the interior look more luxurious (it's really a huge visual upgrade), and it feels a lot better when you are reaching for the seatbelt. It's less than $200 total.. around $80 in parts and $80 in upholstery. Unless you reuse your existing B-Pillars, then it will be under $100. So all in its a relatively inexpensive mod for what it offers. It made the interior look a lot better than I originally thought. So I was happy with the outcome and would do it again.

I bet if you use some leather cleaner or some type of leather product on the seat, the noise will go away.
