I don't know, I hope I don't offend anybody but this contrast stitching looks tacky to me and cheapens the "plush leather" -- kinda reminds me of my "made in china" Timberland work boots.

I see, in essence that seems like a good combination, however, I would like to see it first and bring along somebody to get his/her comments and make a decision. From what I have seen, during the Autoshow at NY's Javits Center, I did not care much for the "different from the leather color stitching", even for the subtle one that they had on one of the BMW cars on display which had blue/red stitching on gray leather. I would just prefer the stitching in the same color as the leather. "To each his own".

Doesn't look purple on my monitor. And I bet if it looks a bit purple to you it's because of the flash in some of the pics. I bet in real life it's pure dark brown as you see in that pic of the back of the drivers seat.

I just ordered a Singapore Grey/Cohiba M5 the other day. Guess we will see in July.

That's from a 6 series gran coupe. From what the BMW website says Covina brown is not available on that car. They have canyon brown instead. So are the pictures above accurate of cohiba brown for the M5?

What's the difference between Cohiba Brown and Canyon Brown?

I don't see Cohiba Brown on the configuration, is it just a different name for the same colour? The dealers don't really know.
