BMW Encinitas has a 2014 Alpine White w/ Sakhir Orange & Comp Pkg

I stopped by there today to see what they have and they just got this one in. Thought I'd share it in case anyone is in the market.
  • Alpine White w/ Sakhir Orange
  • Comp Package
  • Driver Assist Package
  • Executive Package
  • Lighting Package
  • B&O Sound System

Haha! You read me like a book. They have a frozen gray coming in fully loaded with ceramic breaks. Might just have to do it.

Nope. You and I both agree ceramics are a waste of money. Perfect build as is. (assuming it has 601 wheels. can't tell from sticker) Won't last long.

Lol! I TOTALLY agree that they are a waste of money for a street car. I have to confess that I got them on my new one for four reasons only:

1. I like how they look.

2. No brake dust.

3. Will be cool on Mountain Runs with no brake fade.

4. I had nothing else I could possibly add to the car except night vison and that REALLY doesn't matter to me

Yes-a fool in this decision probably but oh well (and Tim (starchild) won't ever let me live it down if I don't get them).

So, you are right. Prob. a perfect build sans the 343 wheels.

did 1000miles through the Alps - no brake fade. in fact brakes were spot on. Couple of other guys in GTRs and porkers had fade, one even boiled brake fluid!

Do you have Ceramic brakes? I assume you lump the M5 into the "porker" category?

The no brake dust might actually make them worth it, there's nothing worse than getting home the same day I had it washed and the wheels are already dusty!
