Best Music Library option.

Posting this here because im more likely to get an answer. In my audi s5 I put my music library on to an sd card and it had a slot for it. In this car should I just get an Ipod touch and put my library on there? Which cable should I use, because I searched it and I guess people had problems in the past with the ipod cable not working. I don't wanna do Bluetooth because it sounds like crap.

thanks

I loaded a decent selection of my music onto the iDrive's HDD and play it off there.

Alternatively you could play it off a USB, but that means you've got it plugged in to the USB port in either the armrest or glovebox all the time.

I have an old iPod in the glovebox plugged into the USB there. Not sure why I did that instead of a flash drive. Probably because the ipod has more capacity than any flash drive I had handy. On very rare occasion the ipod will freeze up and I have to restart it, but I think that's just because it's old as dirt.

Yes and Yes (in my M5 with the NBT system - I assume it should be the same in the earlier F10s with the CIC system).
