Hope you get this worked out. Your auto insurance would cover damage unless you could show the undercarriage damage came from a manufacturing defect.

Good question? If was caused by u than no I would think u would need to go through ur insurance. But like gblansten said if it was a components failure than I would think BMW should cover it (should tho)
