If you're serious about selling your CCBs, I'm serious about buying it as an outright purchase. (you'll have to source your own steel brakes). Below is a copy and paste I wrote for a prior member who was selling his CCBs. If you can kindly answer these questions:

I talked to an expert regarding CCBs and he advised me that I need to check for the following:

1. I need pictures of the rotors to ensure no loose chunks or chips are on the rim and edges of the rotors.

Reason: any chips or loose chunks will render the rotor completely useless

2. I need pictures of the weight stamps on EACH rotor.

Method: You're looking for 2 numbers on the rotor. The front rotors will have something like 7300 with a line under it and then another number like 7100 under it. The rear rotors will have numbers like 5800 - 5600.

I need a photograph for EACH rotor.

Reasons: the weight stamp indicates the starting weight and the minimum weight for each rotor and is bases for measuring rotor wear. No two rotors are exactly the same, so a pic for each rotor is required.

3. For each rotor, I need you to weigh it on a scale that displays in grams.

Method: Any food scale or package weighing scale works. You need a scale that max out at least to 20 lbs as the fronts are around 15 lbs, but need it to measure it in grams. Ideally, give me a photo of each weight in grams.

Reason: this is how much weight is left in the rotor to be measured against the stamped figures.

General questions:
A. have these rotors been tracked before?
B. Are the pistons in the calipers freely moveable, and not stuck?
C. have you had any issues with the usage of the brakes?
D. Are you open to a "buyback guarantee" that we can hammer out later regarding basic understandings of the quality of brakes I'm getting from you? (condition, weight, etc).
E. What's the mileage on them?
F. In your photos you show a Brembo caliper and rolling shots of the OEM CCB caliper. What's going on?
G. Are you including all the accessory parts? (Servo, clips, bolts, shields, etc)

My apologies for these burdensome questions, but any prospective CCB buyers will be asking the same questions, so you'll end up doing some of this work sooner or later. Additionally, I hope you can understand, we're not buying/selling a $200 cosmetic part here...this is some serious money and potentially a safety issue at hand, so that's why I'm asking these questions.

PM'd, please reply with answers to the general questions first and a ballpark price before going through the trouble of weighing the rotors.
