Cranks but wont start

After I replaced the engine block headers the car is cranking but does not want to start. only after I disconnect camshaft position sensor or crankshaft position sensor is when the car starts with a very ugly missfire. Nothing is showing up on diagnostics that I can possibly change to fix the issue. Changed the vanos, adjusted the timing chain, changed the whole engine wiring harness, changed crankshaft position sensor.... nothing is helping... any ideas?
