Rotors and Pads Options
I need to perform a front brake change including rotors and pads. The OEM pricing i found was...
1) Rotors - $840 2) Pads - $355 3) Sensors - $22 Seemed like turner motorsport had the best pricing. Anyone else seen better pricing? Also, are there alternative brands that people have had good experience with? I'm partial to OEM brakes for my M cars just to be safe but wanted to explore options. |

I bought the rear kit from fcpeuro. Competitive prices but best of all lifetime warranty! I just had them warranty the rear lining sensor because I accidentally broke it. Made the claim sent it back refund within a couple of business days after they received it. No questions asked. They're legit and if you think about it, you pretty much have lifetime brakes for life if you plan on keeping the car long enough. Everything is lifetime including wear and tear items e.g brakes, wipers, filters, gaskets, you name it.

Only problem I see if their limited selection. I'm personally going to try out Power Stop pads when current pads wear out. |

They don't offer rotor options only pads, i just checked.
I measured the rotors a couple weeks ago and i'm very close to the minimum thickness so i think i'll just replace them all at once instead of having to re-do the similar amount of labor work. |

I bought my new rotors from BMWPartsNow.com
Paid about $685.76 for the rotors. For pads I used Carbotech. They are near dustless and work great.
