My tune from Gintani allows me to do this

Modifications: Gintani tune (91 and VP110 (724 rwhp)), MSR intakes, Akrapovic EVO exhaust, HRE S101, Evolve Catless Downpipes, Michelin PS4S, Vorsteiner Rear Diffuser, RW Carbon front lip and rear spoiler, M Perf Alcantara Steering Wheel, IND paint matched front and rear reflectors, Rayno nano carbon ceramic tint (40%), Hardwired Escort 9500ix

On the GTR that was achieved with a tune and downpipes. You could hit the throttle in a certain way that dumped excess fuel and ignited it.

On my car it was the tune and catless downpipes that allowed me to do it.
