What did Steve think of the car? You able to keep gear-rod 5-7 issue at bay? What about fueling for the street, just 91+meth?

There was a company that made custom manifolds, I believe in AUS, but I read they stopped. A quick Google search found me these -

allmotor_2000 Have you heard of any carbon buildup problems with the s63tu's that you've taken apart like many other DI engines?

Here is a 40K+ mile combustion chamber. It's seems reasonable. There is some carbon, but nothing that looks like it is impeding airflow!

lol...

I had removed the turbo kit for the motor swap, so now that engine is broken in, the kit is going back on.

Then I need to install the meth etc... so still a week or two to go. No more news really until I tune it.

Are you going to do a custom bench flash or BM3 with custom tune?

Also, jeep JB4 to control meth?

It is all dependent on what we need to make the power. It is clear (from BPC) that with the appropriate boost and fuel the platform can make power. Now the trick is how to make that level of power at less boost and ensure a usable power curve for the 1/2 and 1/4 mile.
