What tire pressure do you run?

Stock p-zeros on 343Ms, daily use. I'm thinking of doing 36 all around.

:I thought around 43 was recommended?

Also if you go at higher speeds I thought a higher pressure recommended?

Here is a good thread on tire pressure:

Thanks. I heard some members say they had uneven tire wear when they went 40+, hence asking.

I too am curious here...

I run 35psi. Of course, as they heat up the pressure increases (high 30's and can even hit 40). I have the TPMS coded for the temp and pressures on screen.

I would love to hear from others.

When hot I am around 39-41 depending on the ambient temperature.
If they are below 37 cold, they feel too cooooshhhhhiiiieee.

(Oh and mine are the Michelin not the Pirelli)

On the track remember you have to let out air. 35 will easily turn into 49 and then you start sliding in curves

Thanks, I'll stick with 36 all around for daily driving. Can't wait for these p-zeros to wear out, will get the michelins next. Looks like these days, Pirellis suck all the way upto Formula 1. In the last race, we saw the medium compound strangely close to and sometimes out-performing the soft compound tires.

Sorry to hear! I stuck with Pirelli because my fronts had 80% tire life left and my rears were pretty smooth after 6000 miles. I did look for PSS's but my store seemed to be out of stock so went with 305 Pirellis instead on the 343M rim.. Very happy with them!

The 305s fit okay on the stock rear wheel rims, rubber not sticking out? How come the traction is noticeably better compared to the 295 p-zeros?

Just feels more solid and there is more grip..with my remap I'm not getting as much wheel spin anymore and when I pull off the car digs in more from more traction. Doesn't feel as tail happy either.

I know - it sounds like the difference between 305s and 295s is minimal..but I feel the difference and now I don't know why they don't fit 305s stock...

No rubbing.. I don't believe.

What do you mean by rubber sticking out?
