I freaking LOVE Supersprint! Congrats on being the first in the States.

Sounds so clean, yet throaty!

Don't forget to buy the uber-baller downpipes and XPipe

Love the tips. The angled tip ends fit extremely well in the rear diffuser. The sound is very deep and bassy. I think it's even a bit deeper than the Eisenmann Race sound, though it's not as loud as the E Race. There is absolutely zero drone.

Overall, I am extremely pleased but want even more sound! I can't wait to put the midpipe and downpipes on to open her up even more. Stay tuned for more pics of the install from EAS.

Here's a vid of some driving today (sorry for the static...I need a better mic).

I thought your recording sounded fine. Great deep tone to those mufflers, less raspy than some and more deep and smooth than others. Do you remember what RPMs you got up to on that drive? It was hard for me to tell if you wound it up toward redline or not? Didn't seem like you did, but the deep mellow tone might fool me. One other question, since the Supersprint mufflers don't have the valves, do you remove the vacuum lines and use two screws to plug the vacuum source? I think that deep tone will be the way I'll go and hope it will hold that tone with downpipes that flow better than stock.

I dont think either of the videos do the deepness of the sound justice. Rob took me for a ride today and it sounds sweet!! I do agree that its not super loud, but the first time he started it up, was just win sauce! The deepness is something special, and adding the downpipes its gonna make it sound even sicker!

I just took her for a quick spin around the block for that vid. There was some traffic, so not sure I really got close to redline. I'll do another clip when my external GoPro mic arrives.

You are correct, there are no valves on the Supersprint system, EAS plugged the vacuum tubes with screws and also zip tied them. The tips are angled 100mm chrome.

BTW - EAS is such a professional group of guys. I always feel so confident in their work. The shop is chock full of awesome bimmers! Whoever owns that black ESS supercharged e92...please sell it to me

Sweet man!!!

I had the Supersprint with race xpipes on my car last year and the thing I miss the most about it are the rolled tips.

They're amazing!

Fitment is fantastic. Are you coming to C&C Sat? I'd like to compare it to the E-Race cans side by side. I love the E-Race sound.

BTW - now that you have both the E-Race and Meister, which do you prefer? "They both are great, but different" is not a valid answer

Preferencewise it depends on which way the wind is blowing I guess. The Meister carries a deeper note at WOT but appears to have less DB's as well. The E-Race has the louder start up and a slightly higher pitched tone (very slight) thru the RPM's and appears louder at WOT but just a hair.

The E-Race is louder in coast down modes (gears 3 and 2) to stop lights--- its tends to make more noise during this process. Its hard to explain so Ill create a spectrum but realize these are extreme's and the exhausts dont differ this much: The E-Race is more towards an exotic Lambo V10 sound and the Meister is closer related to a V8 Mustang sound. But like I said that was for visualization purposes only and the sounds are much closer- I just wanted to paint a picture for you.

The method to madness is yet to be understood even by me

Makes perfect sense and is a good analogy. Thanks!
