Dinantronics 50 state legal

I've seen many posts of member's concerned about Dinan's new Dinantronic performance tuners not being 50 state emission compliant.
Well great news !! Today Dinan released that their tuners are now 50 state emission legal.
The N26 is the only engine that is currently waiting approval.
Hope this information helps anyone who was on the fence on making a purchase.
Contact your local Dinan dealer today !
Any questions regarding Dinan feel free to send me a message.

Quick question about the warranty.

I have a 2013 CPO M5 w/ 38k miles. If I get a Dinan Stage 2 tune, would the warranty from dinan stop at 50k miles?

That is good news! But, still waiting to hear the news that the device will work on M5s with electronic wastegate

I think you will get two years unlimited miles. I am sure they will chime in.

PM sent. Don't want to spread possibly wrong information publicly, hence the PM, in case someone was curious.

We are still waiting for an electronic wastegate M5 that wants free tuning in the Bay Area... sure as hell seems like there is none with the amount of effort we have put into finding one. Its actually quite infuriating. An EWG M5 and xDrive M235i / xDrive 435i have been a problem and a half to get in shop. At least the xDrive vehicles are pretty rare out here so we got that is a little easier to cope with.

I thought for sure you would get one quick, I heard you were looking a couple of months ago... Too bad I am on the east coast or I would have one to you in short order...

When we were initially looking we had quite an outpouring of willing participants but each one of those panned out to not actually have the EWG even though the build date would seem to indicate it would. Since that initial run of people though it has quieted off significantly, which leads me to believe there just aren't many ACTUAL EWG M5's & M6's in our area (at least those that have any aspirations of tuning). Matter of time I suppose. Between our advertisements and the enlistment of help from local dealerships I would hope the solution would come sooner rather then later but we shall see.

Why not post info on the warranty for everyone to know instead of PM'ing?

As stated when I first noted a PM was sent, I didn't want to spread potentially wrong information publicy. People tend to take everything stated on here as absolute fact when in fact it may not be. Attempting to not have potentially wrong information spread.

Regardless, it has been confirmed so the note in the PM regarding the warranty was as follows:

"The matching warranty stops at the new car warranty period, so at 50k. The 2 year / unlimited mileage warranty would also start at time of purchase so in your case you would be able to utilize the full factory matching warranty for the 12,000 miles (til you get to 50k) and after which it would be covered for the remainder of whatever is left of the 2 year warranty thereafter.

You can view the warranty statements here so you can view the difference between the two warranties."

We just released a video today in regards to DINANTRONICS and a overview in case anyone was interested. Didn't want to create its own thread for it so I just tacked it on here.
