Man, it's going to need every bit of that 600hp to haul around all that weight. It looks nice, but doesn't look very aggressive. Unless you are a BMW fanboy, it would almost look like a regular 5er.

I do agree, I was keen on the new M5 but seeing this puts me off, it's just an M Sport with wheels to me

I hope it turns out much more "Hard Core" but some how the way BMW are moving I doubt that very much.
"SOFT" seems the norm with the new BMW's.
I am looking at the new Nissan GTR with 530BHP 2011 model just coming out in the UK, next year I may just go for one depends on the new M5 and M3 if it shows it's self.

if the front looks like x6, i approve of that rear..doens't look horrible but tough to follow up with e60 m5 rear.

Does it have wider fenders, like M3 has, or the normal 5 Series fenders?

According to my knowing the M5 is getting a 7 Speed DCT, and not an 8 Speed AUT. Time will tell.
