Amazing writeup and what a beautiful car. Not that I could ever have the experience you had, but man would I like to try with my next car.

Thanks for sharing. As somebody who can't afford going on a trip like this, this is as close as it gets for now .

Looking at that trip binder, you would probably make for a great vacation planner lol

Great story and pictures!

I just realised when I saw your Nordschleife pics that we were both there the same day (15 Sep). It was my last lap for the day when we were both stuck in a queue to get out (post car carnage). Jim jumped out of your car and into mine! You were a few cars in front of me.

Heres a shot looking both directions

Thanks for sharing your great trip . The more I read about these ED, the more I'm thinking that my next M will be done as an ED.

Congrats and thanks for sharing! Lots of great pics and video's, but this is my favorite...

If that were me (and my car) I would have it professionally printed, framed and hung in a man-cave or garage.

Wink

I made my dream a reality by doing an ED last year.

Seeing your ED, i now have to another dream: to beat yours !

Awesome ED mate ! Your ED is so much better, in part thanks to the so-much-better car too

If your wife is still not convinced of the awesomeness of this trip, let her read this forum.

And if you wife is still not convinced, she is just playing coy because she also wants you to help her realize one of her dreams LOL

i am gonna go back looking at all the details... i just zoomed by

You don't understand how jealous I am. Every moment looked flat out amazing. Doing an ED like that is 200% on my bucket list. This pic and the one in your avatar are my favorite, any chance you have high res of either? Wallpaper worthy my friend.

Thanks...

here's links to all... and a cool IMGUR trick for you. With any image I post, simply take the last "l" in the file name right before the ".jpg" and it will give you the full size image. I didnt put those in the forums because it would have made it huge!
