Rattling noise from front right over cracks

It sounds like the aluminium cover under the motor is banging against the subframe. I took the plastic cover off and tightened all the bolts more. They didn't really need it. The noise is still there.

I thought maybe it is internal to the shock absorber.

Any idea what that could be?

Did rattle start when you went over a pothole?
