Do you have timeslips of your runs before and after the intake? I don't see Raza trash talking MSR. From the looks of things, he is merely giving everyone scientific information and asking George for the scientific data backing up his claims. This could be a great thread if there was a contribution from MSR.

Unless you ran at the track and swapped the intakes off on the next pass to see a difference, it doesn't mean squat. Too many variables.
I would do that, but then I'd get all this crap about "adaptation", etc.

People calling the RK intakes a copy of MSR are simply ignorant. I have nothing against MSR at all but most people don't realize what went into designing the RK intakes... From the 3D scanning with equipment that cost over $100k, to maintaining the correct cross sectional area where the maf is ( no CEL lights), to the maximization of the tube area especially where it passes through the radiator support, to the dyno testing and flow bench testing to provide data, to the aerospace carbon fiber quality at the price point it was being offered at.......I was able to base my purchase off all those things.

It's a free market. Do your research (data provided) and buy what you want. An aftermarket intake isn't for anyone but what I can say is that there is no doubt that I went with the best that money could buy.

So you're trolling a guy that had the quickest and fastest record on this platform? Looks like he just about skipped 10s altogether and went 9s.

I like the science discussion...

I HATE the fan boy and attacking each other...

Ram has the fastest and most powerful F10 M5 and is still aiming for the skys... all credit to him.

m6beast/MSR has happy customers, credit to him... wish him well

Raza/RKautowerks has happy customers on many platforms, credit to him to.

Tonym6... get a life and move on.

13M5F10... I am suprised at you.

If the RK has the same sound as MSR, I'm buying a set to compliment the tune I'm getting soon!

That means, some lucky member will soon be getting a deal on JB4/BCM/bluetooth!

Are you referring to induction noise? If that's the case, then yes our intakes have induction noise. As i've said repeatedly in this thread, if you're not happy, return em.

Unless I go with Meth, I don't see a big reason to keep it after the tune. I don't plan on going over 22 psi.

So you'll get first rights of refusal.

LOL!

Guys - lets get back to the point of this thread which was a review by the OP and an education lesson by Raza on how his intakes work.

We all agree both intakes make power, and look similar but are two different designs. Now let's get this show on the road and focus on the original intention of this entire thread. It's gone completely sideways for obvious reasons and I think everyone gets the point.
