Feel a bit annoyed with myself! - have I broken my car?

Noticed today that when I turn right I get a clicking noise that seems to be coming from the front left wheel

Checked the car out when I got home and discovered that I am missing a locking wheel bolt on both wheels on the left hand side of the car...All other bolts were tight..

Ordered some replacement bolts but worried now I may have damaged the wheel bearings which may be the clicking noise?

Any thoughts?

The clicking noise is a common issue in M5/M6.
Visit the dealer, then they have instruction to lubricate or replace the bearing!
I had mine fixed couple weeks ago. You can also ask them for recall since there is one regarding to heat guard...

No. It's because of the weight of car and the amount of heat is generated by rotors/brake system due to heavy braking...
As I said it's a common issue that so many members experienced here

So quick update for you....

Got some replacement locking nuts to replace the ones that were lost....Re-torques all of the bolts around the car and now the clicking has stopped...

Hoping this was not a wheel bearing issue after all and simply to do with missing bolts

Have you tried new locking nuts and re torquing them like this member has done?
