Those plugs are equivalent to stock plugs; reference the end of this thread:

Mike recommended gap between 22-24, I have them set at 23..also swapped all the coils to be on the safe side.

Very nice results! Enjoy in good health and make sure use you the higher shifting modes when driving spiritedly, that's a lot of torque!

Is spark plug change needed for Stage 2?

Looking into stage 1 and curious if a spark plug change is needed also?

Thanks

On my 2013 M5 I had ESS tune and kept stock plugs and never had a misfire.

Just had my 2015 comp pack stage 2 tune with BPM and bought colder plugs and had them gapped to 22.

Even if you are just stage 1 probably a good idea to buy new plugs and gap them.

Plug change not required. The majority of the tuned Stage II cars out there are using stock plugs. That said, the NGK plugs are superior to the stock Bosch plugs, and are recommended for Stage II applications.

On our shop M5, we had a Stage II tune loaded for 20k miles on stock plugs, multiple track events, and zero issues. Your results may vary
