M5 is a life saver
My brother takes my car to pick up his son from class.
Gets hit by red light runner ( at least 4 seconds late) going about 45 mph. He has some neck pain but otherwise doing ok The car took the impact and is now totaled. So the purpose of this post is to share my appreciation of BMW safety and engineering. The other purpose was to get advice on next car. I am looking at ED on Alpina B6, but dealers are quoting crazy prices locally. They are offering 3000 above invoice about 107.5k With three year lease coming out to 1440 plus tax at 55 percent residual. Any advice appreciated. |

Why do you want to take B6 over M6 GC?

I understand the point of this post and can't help with your question. I agree with you on BMW safety though, but after reading the first thought that came to mind was that I hope your brother went to the ER after the wreck to have is symptoms documented. Sometimes "a little neck pain" now turns into issues later, then you can't prove it was related to the accident.
