Stock rims glossy back
I have a 2013 BMW m5. Stock wheels. I'm wondering if a shop would be able to powder coat, or paint the inside walls of the wheel. I really like how the stock m6 wheels come. The m6 wheels are silver on the face and glossy black on the inside of wheel. I want to replicate that look with my wheels

It's very possible. They have their ways to do it.

^^^ This, they paint/powder coat the entire wheel then 'diamond cut' the surfaces that need to be shiny alloy then finally laquer the wheel to finish, its how the OEM does it.

I know a guy from a wheel repair shop in Texas that can do this for $125 per wheel. The other members are telling you correctly. The wheels must be fully PC black then they will machine the face and lip to get the desired look that you want. 24-48 hour turnaround.
