Long Beach ALMS Race

Anyone going to the ALMS Race in Long Beach on Saturday? I'll be heading down in the M5 and taking advantage of BMW's VIP Hospitality I was lucky enough to get in on. Let me know if anyone else will be there.

UPDATE: Traveling on business so took me a while to get pictures up. Had a great time, took my wife and my little guy. It was his first race and he loved it. Starting him early!

Got an email last month. I called the number a few days later and they told me there was no availability. I called my CA and asked him if he had any hookups, the following week a UPS pkg showed up on my doorstep

what list were you on to receive the original invite?! I would love to get invited for the Baltimore or VIR race this year

I have no idea. The letter included with the pass was signed by the "Field Marketing Operations Manager" with BMW NA.

My CA said when he checked for me he found out there was apparently a computer glitch and 10,000 invites were sent out instead of the 200 that were supposed to. Who knows if I would've been on the list of 200 or not? Either way, my CA put in a good word and the pass showed up.

I'll take pics and report back after tomorrow, should be a great time.

I saw a white f10 with Akra exhaust on Saturday. I was parked couple cars behind it. Was that you?

No, my car is Monte Carlo Blue. I'll try to post up my pics in the next day or so.
