Sad. Dealer should just surrender the allocation than sell it at a loss.

That MF seems very low...was the deal quoted with MSDs?

.00081 +.00049 (7 MSDs) = .00130, or the going rate, so I am guessing yes.

Sorry I didn't clarify. Yes that MF was lowered by 7 MSDs.

Deal seems really good to me. It's pretty much the same deal I am getting by going ED.
Mine is MSRP of $109,225. Same miles and term... same residual. My MF is .00111 with 7 MSD's and the ED MF adder. And PA tax is 9%!
My payment is $1059.

I meant to write that the price I got is plus tax. Is it still a good deal?
Plus I don't think the CA factored in the $1500 credit yet.

Still seems good to me. Do yourself a favor and DL the app called leasematic. It will help you understand the numbers in the deal.

My Dealership took a HUGE loss on my deal; several thousand under invoice on an ordered (not inventory) car... But they also told me they really don't lose any actual money...whatever that means. There is all this backend crap with BMW we don't know about.

Wouldn't give any details on how it works but I doubt they are taking a real loss unless they are looking to dump the inventory. In this case, I would think they would be surrendering allocation as you state.

I do not claim to be an expert on this, just saying there is probably much more to this than meets the eye.
