M5 brake pad sound!!

I just changed another set of OEM brake pads trying to get rid of that horrible sound its like a train and Im not a bussing of the brakes !!

What can I do this are the second set of brake pads ...

I think you're saying, that you tried a new set of OEM brake pads and they didnt fix the squeeling!!!

And now you want to know where you can get more brake pads?

Unfortunately, I think that noise is a common occurrence...
