Took apart MCCB is this normal??? [PIX]

Some of you probably read my complaint post about my MCCB squeal/squeak and BMW service did not cure this matter.
So I decide to open them up with my tech. Here are some photos and you can see that my pads have craters all over.
does it look normal to you? car has 14k miles, carbon ceramic brake pads normally last 60k+ miles on normal driving.

The squeak comes from the floating rotors moving parts that are able to expand when hot and cold.

I am not sure of your pad issue though.
