BMS JB4 M5 Mostly Stock 60-130mph@6.5s, 100-200kmh@5.6s

Hey guys,

These were recorded back in 2015 but for those who missed it. The test car is a 2015 M5 running a JB4+BCM, BMS meth kit, Dodson clutches, BMS intake, and the rest is 100% stock. Meaning fully factory odor free downpipes, factory exhaust, factory rims and tires, full weight, etc.

The car has made as much as 770whp on the dyno in this trim but for these runs they lowered power to 725whp peak and even lower in 3rd gear to help with traction. Boost by gear is one of those often forgotten JB4 specific features that makes all the difference in the real world. Also included below is a JB4 log of the run. Another JB4 specific feature is being able to spit out very useful tuning information on boost, AFR, and timing, right to your phone via bluetooth.

Worth noting these runs are on a 1% slope. While the VBOX software allows up to a 3% slope to be considered legitimate slope should be 1% or less. Each 1% of slope is worth a substantial drop in time.
