JB4+BCM VBOX Results: 7.08s 60-160mph

*edit: not sure how to change title, 60-130mph*

'16 M5, JB4+BCM Map 2 (22lbs), 93 octane, otherwise STOCK.

Traction still an issue in 2nd, definitely a lot of room for improvement with better tires (sub 7 times).

60-130mph = 7.08s (verified)

That's very good - how is it at 0% slope?

Thanks - I haven't had the opportunity to try it, but I'm assuming any disadvantage from a flatter slope should be offset by having better traction in warmer weather.

Need to get a better tire on the back!

Have a JB4 log of the run? What are your by gear boost settings set too? BMS has to limit boost in 3rd gear to get good traction on their 6.5s run.

I didn't log it, and have never used the boost by gear feature, but I'm planning on swapping the rears for R888 or something of the kind in the near future so that should do the trick Next time I'll take a log.

Lolnow try on a flat surface and 7.5-7.8 is where you will be at. That's if your lucky lol.

Me and 3 of my buddies have tested all scenarios with M5/6 and the 2-3% slope for these heavy ass cars will subtract up to .5! From times.

I'm assuming you ran on flat and dident like results lol

0% slope typically yields .5s slower results. With this setup I averaged 7.5s on a flat surface, and around 7-flat on this road.

Will be adding flash/JB4 stack and clutches soon, and planning to retest on same road.

Traction really is the biggest issue at this point, and it will only get worse with the added power, so realistically my times won't improve significantly without swapping out the rear tires.
