These codes could be due to the low voltage the car was subject to when the battery was messed with after it was stolen, (I read your other thread). If I were you I would code the new battery and try to erase these codes, if they erase, leave it at that and see how it goes. Maybe carry out a diff re-learn if possible. Otherwise check that nothing else has been disturbed when the vehicle was stolen, wiring, fuses, etc.
