So, how long until "En Route?"
I searched through several pages, couldn't find anything and lost interest. So, feel free to provide a link followed by the search emoticon! Waiting patiently since I ordered last Oct and my car was built end Feb and waiting at the port for a vessel the last 10-days+. Just curious how frequently a boat comes to pick our cars up and what is the range of waiting?

Mine waited for 17 days at the dock. It's pretty random. I don't think they have a set schedule.

11/21/14 - Welt Delivery (I had it shipped from the Welt)
12/3/14 - Shipped from Bremerhaven (Exact day BMW told me it would ship) 1/2/15 - Arrived Port Hueneme (Exact day the marine traffic date said the ship would arrive) 1/15/15 - Redelivery at Seattle BMW (3rd time is a charm, lots of delays on delivery once it landed here on the West Coast) Congrats - you're getting close to having your M5er! Note, my redelivery was delayed by ~7 days due to the West Coast port "slowdowns" and "negotiations" that have been going on.

So, I was going by the automated system at BMWNA, but talked to a rep and has been on a boat since Mar 6 and due at the port on the west coast best Apr 1. Figures, soon as I say something.

Yeah, I hope so! I saw it on a wagon awhile back and it looked great. Loved different in all kinds of light. I swore against getting another black car, but that only lasted 20 years! Will see how it goes.

As soon as you get it, have an excellent detail guy meet you at the dealer and have him peel off the plastic film, wash, Sonax De-Tox, wash, 22PLE and do Nose/Fender/A-Pillar protection

lol, I have no idea what you wrote, but I get the gist! That's the plan. I told them no detail, I'd remove the plastic. Then I'd take it to a detailer. But, I will likely have to take to Seattle for the detail and I'm still researching that. Trying to find one closer to home.
