Just leased a 2016 M6 Competition Edition

I've been a member on here since last year. I had a 2014 M5 that met a tragic ending. I settled with insurance and was back in the market this month. I had been eyeing a 2016 M6 Competition Edition sitting in the dealer showroom for over a year now. They finally dropped the price more than $40k from the $167k MSRP. It made the lease payment a steal, so I picked her up just over a week ago.

Thanks. I'm still breaking it in. My only complaints versus the M5 are the seats and trunk. I do like the interior, though.

I feel the same way! My father in law let me drive his M6 for a week and besides those two complaints, I also didn't like how the nose was too long. I just couldn't see where the front ended.

I agree, the nose is very long. I drove a GC before I purchased the M5 and didn't like how long the car felt. I'm still learning how to properly park this car straight. I definitely find myself often using the side and top view cameras.

Mine looks just like that minus the CC brakes (and exhaust). Nice!

Thank you. It's a great looking car. I've seen a few around and was never a big fan, but the color contrast with the alpine white looks phenomenal.

This is the exact reason I traded in my GC. The nose extends far beyond the front wheels, and its a very long car to begin with. I had trouble parking everywhere, and pulling into my side-entrance garage was an effort in futility.

It's becoming slightly easier, but I still find myself extending my body towards the dash while I pull into a parking spot so I can get a better view of where the front end is at. Other than that, I don't have any big complaints.

It does have cooled seats. It's part of the executive package.
